Construction Management
At Hoeft Builders, our construction manager method consists of us directly contracting with the client and are often engaged in the conception process before the architectural-design team. We can provide a recommendation of one of our trusted design partners if a client is in need. Our project team meetings entail optimal communication of the design and construction which allows the client to make informed decisions early in the process.
We provide cost feedback starting at the initial stages of development through construction ensuring the project’s financial certainty. Our construction team manages the budget, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the project. Hoeft seeks competitive bids from our large group of subcontractors and will always try to source them locally to the project. Hoeft projects are customizable to each client, and we will go beyond expectations to establish a good partnership.
Design Build
Hoeft’s integrated design build approach has a single point of contact that simplifies and streamlines the entire construction process for our clients. Our focus is to understand our client’s vision & goals to develop exceptional solutions. Hoeft will manage the budget, design & construction teams, all vendors, and subcontractors.
We outsource our design services to experienced architectural & engineering firms that best fits the project type. Hoeft has strong relationships with these firms which sets a great foundation to working together as one team from the start. This highly collaborative project team effectively mitigates any risk of scope and cost escalation as well ensuring that schedule stays on track.
