The First State Bank of Rosemount has been serving the City of Rosemount and the surrounding areas for over 100 years. Seeing a great growth opportunity, the family-owned community bank decided to expand and build a second location, this time co-branding with a local bakery and coffee shop.

Designed to blend community connection, convenience, and operational efficiency, this 7,000-square-foot bank delivers a modern customer experience while supporting the client’s long-term performance goals. Connected to the bank is Sweet Kneads Bakery & Coffee House, separated by a retractable storefront glass wall that allows the bakery to operate independently of banking hours.
