ABOUT RIVER PRAIRIE WELLNESS
Hoeft Builders first started working with Drs. Robert and Rima DeFatta in 2014 with the construction of the DeFatta ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery Center. Through the years, our partnership has continued to grow through various other construction projects in the Chippewa Valley. In 2020, the DeFattas asked Hoeft to serve as the general contractor for the River Prairie Wellness Center, home of four distinct wellness businesses, in the River Prairie Development of Altoona, Wisconsin.

CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-TENANT MEDICAL BUILDING
This state-of-the-art, 30,000-square-foot facility is home to four distinct wellness-oriented businesses: a world-class medical spa, a women’s clinic, an ambulatory surgical center, and a Mediterranean bistro. Through the project, owners sought to invest in the Chippewa Valley by offering goods and services our community would otherwise need to travel long distances to obtain. The design aimed to give each business its own unique personality while working together to create an elevated experience.
