As part of the brand's Property Improvement Plan (PIP) requirements, Hampton Inn in Menomonie, Wisconsin, was due for renovation in 2025. As the general contractor for this hotel renovation, Hoeft Builders updated finishes throughout both guest rooms and public spaces — including new flooring, wall coverings, lighting, furniture, and fixtures — to bring the property up to current brand standards. The renovation was divided into phases to keep the hotel operational throughout construction, allowing guests to continue booking rooms with minimal disruption.
