Since 1932, Superior Choice Credit Union has expanded to serve over 37,000 members across 12 branches in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Our partnership began in 2021 when SCCU selected Hoeft to renovate its Ladysmith, Wisconsin branch. Following that, SCCU entrusted Hoeft with renovations at five additional branches and the construction of two new branches.
Each branch maintains its own distinct personality while seamlessly aligning with SCCU's brand. Throughout, branch design focuses on customer experience, efficient workflows, and community engagement. Each branch features natural lighting, inviting lobbies, and private offices.

Completed in 2025, Hoeft transformed SCCU's outdated headquarters into a modern, fully operational credit union, with both retail and corporate office components. The project maintained uninterrupted branch services throughout its phased construction, resulting in improved workflows and a revitalized space for staff and members.
Hayward, Wisconsin
In 2024, Superior Choice Credit Union rebuilt its Hayward Branch into a more community-focused space. The 7,300-square-foot facility now features enhanced operational capabilities and an upgraded environment for members, demonstrating SCCU's commitment to better serve its communities.
Rice Lake, Wisconsin
In 2022, Hoeft built a state-of-the-art credit union to support SCCU's expansion into a new market. This 6,000-square-foot facility was completed in just 7 months, providing a modern, efficient space that supports SCCU's growth and member needs.
